Relay is built around post-delivery revenue control, including invoice-ready value, blocked value, accessorial review, exceptions and load timelines.
The problem
Delivered loads can still be blocked from invoicing by missing proof, receipts, approvals, mismatches and unbilled accessorials.
What we changed
We designed Relay around revenue states so teams can see what can be billed, what is blocked and what action moves each load forward.
